Walk to the surf shop in the morning, spend the afternoon lounging by the pools, and stroll down the street for ice cream and cold drinks in the evening. Enjoy a private balcony overlooking the hot tub, with easy access to both a large outdoor pool and a heated (in season) indoor pool. This is a space designed to remove the "logistics" from your vacation so you can focus on the beach.

Most beach trips involve a lot of logistics—packing the car, finding parking, and timing your day. We’ve designed Peaceful Point to be the antidote to that stress.

Located at Shipwatch Pointe II, you are one block from the ocean. In the time it takes to brew a pot of coffee, you can be standing on the sand. Everything you need for a settled, easy stay is within a two to three-minute walk: a local coffee shop, a bar and grill, a surf shop for essentials, and an ice cream shop for the walk back from the beach.

We've prioritized a "ready-to-live-in" experience. The Wi-Fi is reliable, the kitchen is fully stocked for dining in or eating takeout, and the in-unit laundry means you never have to deal with a pile of damp towels. It’s a simple, high-functioning home base where the only thing you have to manage is your own relaxation.

• Seamless Entry: You’ll receive a unique code for the Schlage digital lock before you arrive.
• Pool Access & Parking: You'll receive up to 2 parking passes and a fob to access the 2 pools and hot tub.
• Peace of Mind: A doorbell camera is located at the main entrance door for exterior security; please note there are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Frequently-Asked Questions:

• Are there any hidden fees? Absolutely not. There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/baby furniture rentals, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
• Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an extra cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are included, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
• Is parking included? Yes, parking is free for two cars. You will receive two parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge. (Note: Motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed at this property; please make alternate parking arrangements.)
• Are pool armbands required? No, armbands are not required to enter the pool area, however, a key fob is needed and provided inside the condo to access the pool and hot tub areas.
• Can I bring coolers onto the pool deck? Unfortunately, bringing coolers into the pool deck is prohibited by the resort; however, you can take coolers onto the beach.
• Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
• Do you allow pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
• Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is strictly forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
• Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchen is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
• Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.
