The mini waterpark located between the building and Ocean Boulevard and the Fun Zone pool area are separately owned and operated by the on-site hotel management. Those areas are reserved for their hotel guests who pay an additional resort fee.

Guests renting our privately managed condo do NOT have access to the waterpark or Fun Zone. You’ll still have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean, oceanfront pool and lazy river, indoor pool, and indoor hot tub during your stay.
