* Is the indoor pool available? The resort has advised that the indoor pool will remain open during the improvement project, with access through the Indigo garage. Availability remains subject to resort management and maintenance.

* Does the resort have a fitness center? Yes. North Beach Resort offers a fitness center for guests.

* Is parking included? Yes. Free parking is included for two vehicles. You will receive two parking passes for the condo. Please do not write on the passes, and return them to the condo before departure to avoid a replacement charge.

Motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are not permitted at the property. Please arrange alternate parking if needed.

* Are pool armbands required? Yes. Pool armbands are required for access to applicable resort pool facilities and are provided inside the condo.

* Can we bring coolers onto the pool deck? No. The resort does not permit coolers on the pool deck when it is open. However, coolers may be taken onto the beach.

* Do we have to clean, make the beds, or wash the linens before departure? No, you're on vacation! Our professional cleaning team will handle the turnover after your stay.

* Are pets allowed? Pets are not permitted at the resort under HOA rules, subject to applicable service-animal requirements.

* Is smoking or vaping allowed? No. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Smoking odors can require professional treatment, especially when there is limited time between guest stays. If smoking occurs and additional cleaning or odor remediation is required, a $250 fine will be assessed.

* Are pots, pans, dishes, and utensils provided? Yes. The kitchen is equipped with the basic cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils needed to prepare and enjoy meals.

* Do you provide food, coffee, condiments, or groceries? No. This is a self-catering condo, so guests should bring their own food, beverages, coffee, condiments, and other consumables.

* How far is Barefoot Landing? Barefoot Landing is approximately 1–2 miles from the resort, depending on your route.

* Are there golf courses nearby? Yes! Barefoot Resort & Golf, Arcadian Shores, Grande Dunes, and several other popular golf courses are within driving distance.

Before Your Stay

For your peace of mind and ours, we partner with an independent service to verify guest details and help protect our home. Before your stay begins, you'll simply complete a quick verification process to finalize your booking. A refundable security deposit will be collected for this property. It is returned in full if no damages are found after checkout.            

RESORT IMPROVEMENT NOTICE

North Beach Resort is completing several property improvements during the fall and winter months. We want guests to understand how these projects may affect their stay before booking.

BALCONY IMPROVEMENTS | OCTOBER – FEBRUARY

The resort is undergoing scheduled balcony resurfacing throughout the property.

Work takes place Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Balconies within active work areas may be temporarily unavailable during working hours, and guests may occasionally hear construction activity during the day.

POOL AREA IMPROVEMENTS | OCTOBER – MARCH

The resort is also completing improvements near the pool area, and the outdoor pool deck is closed during the project.

During this time:

- The outdoor pool deck and affected outdoor water amenities will be unavailable.
- The indoor pool is expected to remain open, with access through the Indigo garage.
- The kiddie pool and lap pool will be temporarily closed.
- Guests will access the available pool facilities through the entrance beneath the Indigo Tower while the main pool entrance is closed.
- Temporary restrooms will be available beneath the Jasmine Tower.

Construction is scheduled during daytime hours. Amenity access, walking routes, and operating schedules may change as the project progresses.
